I came away with another ten degrees of flexion in my knee… thanks again to you all

When I needed a second knee operation after the first one failed, the Rescue Benevolent Fund initially supported me with a couple of video consults with The Fire Fighters Charity, which I found both useful and reassuring in the gaps between my NHS sessions. Once I’d had the operation, I had an amazing few days in their Jubilee House treatment centre in Penrith. It’s an amazing centre and I was in a great group of super-motivated people. I came away with another ten degrees of flexion, which has made a massive difference to getting down stairs normally! Thanks again to you all.
