Keeping it confidential

We take the confidentiality of our applicants very seriously. At no point would we disclose an applicant’s name or talk about them in ways that might identity them to anyone outside the process of considering their application. We often, however, invite those we have helped to share their experience so we can encourage others to step forward when they need help — and to help us raise the funds to support even more team members and their families.

There may be times, due to the high profile nature of some incidents, when both the applicant and the incident connected to their claim may be more publicly known. Still, any information submitted is treated as confidential — as far as this is possible.
